P1 had a bear 🐻 themed outdoor learning where they designed bear planters for planting poppy seeds 🌺, they made dens for teddy bears 🧸 🏕, they created swirling whirling autumn leaf globes 🍂🍃. They also used playdough to develop fine motor skills by filling the poppies and hammered golf tees into styrofoam, adding flowers to create a poppy field. We also started a natural tapestry to add all of our beautiful autumn finds!
