On Thursday 9th November, Woodlawn PS had their Remembrance Day Assembly. Mr McLean's P7 class took the assembly with two Special Guests, MLA John Stewart and a pupil from Carrickfergus Grammar to play the trumpet during our 1 minute silence.
It was a great assembly with all of us appreciating what others did for us during the World Wars and today, as well as listening to our Guest Speaker, John Stewart and 'The Last Post'.
